The PCG Family Support System is exactly what the name implies, support for both the inmate and his/her family during the period of his/her incarceration. The defendant and his family will face daily decisions without being able to communicate with each other. Unexpected situations and complications will occur without warning. A normal daily routine does not exist anymore. The inmate is forced into a situation in which he has absolutely no control. Simple things like calling home are not simple anymore. The inmate and his family feel isolated, lonely, detached, and helpless. There will be questions about mail, visits, telephone conversations, family emergencies, medical emergencies, health and safety issues, financial considerations, and a multitude of other questions that occur on a daily basis. The PCG Family Support System deals with all these questions and problems by providing a lifeline of communication directly to the family.

The PCG Family Support System provides real time answers to the family’s questions and solutions to the daily problems created by the spouse’s incarceration. The Family Support System was designed to eliminate as much worry and the accompanying frustrations as possible for both the inmate and his family. We provide the inmate and his family with the knowledge, understanding, and resources to get everyone through this arduous time.
